Lauren Levy is a leader in the beauty industry. With almost two decades of experience, her career has spanned every facet of beauty from curating the best products for Allure and Harper’s Bazaar, to merchandising and marketing product in global retailers such as Sephora, Walmart and upstart eCommerce site Joyus, to working for a brand itself at Biossance.
In her role as a beauty editor, Lauren wrote hundreds of articles on the latest trends, research, and launches. As a merchandiser with Sephora and Joyus, Lauren managed $200MM in revenue, generating double-digit growth. At Walmart, she developed and drove "Here for Every Beauty," a first-of-its-kind, omni-channel campaign. Finally, in her most recent role as Director of Sales for Biossance, Lauren delivered double-digit comp growth and expanded the brand’s distribution to all Sephora doors.
Lauren launched her consultancy, Beauty House Advisory, to develop growth strategies for beauty brands & retailers. Lauren leverages her experience and expertise to increase sales and distribution through branding, product concepting, content creation, and retail planning.
Lauren earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management and BA from University of Pennsylvania.
